La dolce vita (“the sweet life”) is the way Italians often describe their lifestyle – and we are so very pleased that as of this summer, Tauck guests are once again experiencing la dolce vita for themselves on our journeys throughout Italy. Switzerland, and the great outdoor wonderland of the Alps, has also been popular with guests – and along with our Tauck Directors, they have been sharing photos and stories from their journeys with us.
Tauck Director Joseph Michon sent a wonderful message from Italy, sharing his joy at once again showing guests the country he knows so well. We wanted to share that with you, along with some of the other photos received from guests and Tauck Directors on tour these past few months. Traveling with Tauck in 2021, you’re never alone – especially under the care of our Tauck Directors.

Our first tour with Tauck was Classic Italy in 2018 and Joseph was our Tour Director! What a great guy!!! We had so much fun in Italy with Joseph and our Group. Always it was well organized, the food was fantastic, and the sights were over the top. We will return again!

Joseph Michon was our Fantastic!! tour director on our Classic Italy tour a couple of years ago. He was wonderful and I look forward to when we can travel once again without Covid.
It was great to see Joseph! He was the OUTSTANDING Tour Director for the Bridges Rome to Venice tour in 2019. His attention to having the (Young Travelers) mingle and enjoy themselves required attention and interest . He also arranged for a doctor to be at one of the hotels we were going to to see a Young Traveler who was ill. And he made the right call (that most of us were doubting) to go out on the “Pirate Ship in Venice immediately after a severe thunderstorm (he had to have made to call ahead of time) – it was fantastic! He also mingled well with parents and grandparents. One of our oldest “Young Travelers” was met with a “Young Traveler” from the west coast (we’re on the east coast) and low and behold, they’re still an item😊.
So thank you JOSEPH, continue to share your skills and personality.
