If you haven’t previously registered with us at tauck.com through My Account, you’ll need your reservation number to register on the app. Find your number in your confirmation email from us or your Summary of Purchase.

How to Get the App

Simply download the Tauck App from your favorite app store. If you're already registered at tauck.com in My Account, use the same email address and password to register for the app. If you've forgotten your password you can easily request a new one by following the prompts on the app.  If you're new to tauck.com, you'll need your reservation number listed in your confirmation email or your Summary of Purchase.

Q: Who can use the app?
A: Guests with an active reservation for Tauck trips that include the app. You can download the app before traveling after full payment has been made.

Q: What are “Tauck Favorites”?
A: This category features the Tauck team's suggestions for local restaurants, sightseeing, and nightlife you can enjoy during your free time on tour, or while you are pre- or post-staying before or after your trip. Tauck Favorites are our way of sharing the insider knowledge we've acquired during our many years of experience in destinations around the world. The Filter feature at the bottom of the Maps page allows you to easily manage your categories and selections.

Q: Am I responsible for making reservations and bookings for activities recommended on the app for my free time?
A: Yes.

Q: Are there both mobile and tablet versions of the app?
A: Yes.

Q: What if I have questions about the app while traveling?
A: Go to the "Help" section in the app menu or call our dedicated support line: 888-433-0479.

Q: Do I need to be connected to the Internet to use the app?
A: To get the most out of our app, a cellular or WiFi connection is necessary.

Q: Will I incur cellular data charges while using the app?
A: It depends on your cellular provider and the package you have. If you’re traveling internationally, contact your carrier for information about coverage and data charges or limit your use of Wifi connections.
