Connecticut recently launched an exciting new marketing campaign – "Still Revolutionary" – to promote the state. Part of the campaign profiles Connecticut-based people, events and places that are "revolutionary," unique and innovative... not just to the state but, arguably, to the world. Think Eli Whitney, Mark Twain, Harriet Beecher Stowe, Noah Webster, the Amistad, Florence Griswold... and Arthur Tauck and tour operator #1.
The state asked if we could tell Arthur's story and the legacy of Tauck, which I would like to share with you below. Our first video, "Foundations," covers the founding of Tauck and speaks to the core values and common purpose that have driven the company's success for 87 years. You might not know that we hold the first tour operator license in the U.S.! We'll share our second clip in the coming days.
We are very proud of our heritage, and its lessons that serve as a guide for our family and our employees around the world.
Enjoy!
