Tauck to Host "Cruise Control" Retreat for Women in Travel

WILTON, CT (July 15, 2025) Tauck, the 100-year-old leader in premium guided travel, will host a very special river cruise departure along the Danube this November designed specifically for women in the global travel industry. The seven-day itinerary, from November 4-10, 2025, will support personal and professional growth through a full program of speaker presentations, wellness sessions, networking opportunities and social gatherings.

Attendees of the event, dubbed Cruise Control, will sail from Budapest to Vienna aboard Tauck's ms Savor riverboat, and according to Tauck CEO Jennifer Tombaugh, the journey will emphasize education, celebration and exploration. "Cruise Control will delve into the unique challenges faced by women in travel while providing actionable strategies for success," said Tombaugh. Additional speakers will include midlife and menopause expert Jackie Giannelli (FNP-BC, MSCP), McCabe World Travel founder and CEO Damian McCabe, and AI expert and Approach Guides founder Jennifer Raezer. Itinerary highlights along the Danube include guided shore excursions in Budapest, Bratislava, Melk, Durnstein and Vienna.
