As a result, we have made the difficult decision to cancel affected trips to Israel and Jordan through December 31, 2021. For all guests departing February 2022 or later, we will notify you before your final payment is due to confirm the status of your tour or cruise.

ASIA

At this time, we are unable to operate our itineraries due to current travel restrictions.

  • India: Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to operate our tours to India due to current entry restrictions. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to cancel affected trips to India through March 31, 2022. For all guests departing April 2022 or later, we will notify you before your final payment is due to confirm the status of your tour or cruise.

With the exception of our India tours, all trips to Asia are cancelled through December 31, 2021. For all guests departing on January 1, 2022 or later, we will notify you before your final payment is due to confirm the status of your tour or cruise.

AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND

At this time, we are unable to operate our itineraries due to current travel restrictions.

Due to these challenges, all trips to Australia and New Zealand are cancelled through March 31, 2022. For all guests departing on April 1, 2022 or later, we will notify you before your final payment is due to confirm the status of your tour or cruise.

We continue to make every effort to provide the most up-to-date information on the status of your tour or cruise. However, please know that as we share the above plans, we recognize there are events outside our control that we cannot predict or prevent. While the above details may evolve over time, what won’t change is our commitment to doing everything possible to deliver the quality experience and peace of mind you expect when traveling with Tauck. We hope you will share this spirit of adventure with us as we hit the road once again.

Travel Policy Updates For Our Guests

Important Vaccination Policy Update

  • As our partners and the places we visit have increasingly required that all visitors be vaccinated, it has become clear that it is no longer possible to accommodate unvaccinated guests and provide the quality experience you expect from Tauck. Therefore, effective September 7, 2021, all guests ages 12 and over are required to be vaccinated and to carry proof with them, such as the CDC Vaccination Record Card, at all times while traveling with Tauck. There are no exceptions to this requirement, which is in place until further notice.
  • Additional information regarding all COVID-19 travel requirements can be found here.

2021 Flexible Payment Terms

Book with Confidence

When you book any 2021 land journey, river cruise or small ship cruise, enjoy flexible payment terms with no change fees.

For all tours and cruises departing between July 1 through December 31, 2021, final payment will not be due until 60 days prior to departure – giving you more time and flexibility should your plans change.

No Change Fees – Any Tauck, any time. If your 2021 plans do change any time up until the day of departure, your full deposit (or tour payment) can be applied to a future Tauck journey of your choice.

Book With Peace Of Mind, assured that you’ll also have choices in the event Tauck is unable to operate your journey’s departure date. We’ll give you flexible options to travel on another 2021 or 2022 date – or, if you wish, on a different journey.

Please Note: These flexible payment terms apply to 2021 journeys only; deposit must be made at time of booking (does not apply to air travel and Tauck protection plans). Ask for complete details.

For travel scheduled for October 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021

  • Final payment for all scheduled October 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021 Tauck land tours and cruises is now due 60 days prior to departure, instead of our standard final payment terms. We have extended this date to enable you to make the best personal decision with regard to your planned trip as close to your scheduled departure date as possible.
  • All cancellation penalties will be frozen at the lowest tier and will not increase prior to your departure date. Under the terms of our standard cancellation policy, guests incur cancellation penalties based on tiered time periods, with fees increasing as the departure date draws near. Under our amended policy, cancellation fees will remain frozen at the lowest tier and will not increase prior to departure date. By freezing cancellation penalties, if you purchased Guest or Cruise Protection and cancel your trip, the cost of the Guest or Cruise Protection fee is Dreamsaved. If you did not purchase Guest or Cruise Protection, the cost of your deposit will be Dreamsaved. *In either case Dreamsaved, funds are available for you to use for future travel. Any other monies paid to Tauck towards the cost of the trip will be refunded. Any Dreamsavers funds already applied to a cancelled reservation will be reinstated.
  • If you cancel your booking within 60 days of departure: to offer additional peace of mind, Tauck has now lowered penalties for cancellation to the most lenient tier inside of final payment as referenced in the grid below. Any penalties assessed will be placed into a Dreamsaver account along with your protection plan premiums**. Normally, those cancellation penalties (and Protection plan fees) would be completely forfeited.
