A trip to Spain

My husband and I are planing a trip to Spain and would obviously like to see the main attractions and cities. Time is not an issue. Which of these four trips would you recommend? Has anyone done more than one?

    Last year I did "Paradors of Northern Spain with Portugal". if you are into good food, this may be the trip. It was amazing. Also, there are not that many tours to this part of Spain- most of them go to Madrid-Barcelona and the South.
