I'll be looking for the answer to this question, too! The documents tell us that "Laundry service MAY be available during your...cruise for a fee." Hopefully someone who's been on the Savor can tell us the situation.
There are no self service laundry facilities on this ship. But any passenger can send laundry to be done and his/her account will be charged. There are laundry bags and price sheets in each cabin. The service was very prompt.
