Vaccinations Needed?

I have been trying to get a straight answer from CDC and WHO and local Travel Clinic. Are there vaccinations needed for this trip?

Hi Judy, I am traveling on the Oct. 31st tour (Northern India and Nepal) and am also a public health nurse with experience in vaccination. There are some routine adult immunizations you should be up to date on: MMR, Tdap, Hep B, Hep A, and a one-time polio booster. In addition, and perhaps more importantly, you should obtain prophylactic antibiotics for the prevention of malaria (Malerone is recommended and should be started prior to arrival in India per package insert) and receive typhoid vaccination (either injection or oral capsules taken every other day - 4 total). By now you may have received clarification, if not I hope this proves helpful :o)

P.S. Mosquito repellant 24 hours per day! Malaria mosquitos bite at night.
