train portion/cabin size

I understand that only bunks are available and the cabins are quite small - was this a problem for anyone who has done this trip?

We did this tour a few months ago. The cabins are a little tight, but I did not find it a problem. We were in the cabin for sleeping only! I slept in the upper (I'm 5'10" . . . about 180 lbs.). I did a daily blog and a pictorial web site. A picture of the bunks can be found on "The Canadian" page of the site.

We did this trip several years ago and loved our train cabin. It was picture perfect. Beds were comfortable; my husband took the upper berth. The showers were also a delight. I took one shower at night and one in the morning. The dinner was fantastic, and we sure enjoyed our breakfast, which we shared with a lovely Canadian woman.

Trip is an utter delight. Our Canadian neighbors to the north are a great bunch.
