Sept. 5 Blue Danube River Cruise

We are arriving in Prague on Sept. 3 and will have two days on our own before our tour begins. We'd like to visit Cesky Krumlov beforehand so that we can go to Salzburg as part of the group on day 5. Any suggestions on tour companies out of Prague for the one day trip to Cesky Krumlov?
