    Hi VickB...We are just leaving for Egypt. Glad I checked the Forum for a last time and saw your note. The addresses and phone numbers are as follows:

    Embassy of Tanzania, 1232 22nd St., N.W., Washington, D.C. (Tel 202/939-6125).

    Embassy of Kenya, 2249 "R" St, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20008 (Tel 202/387-6101).

    If you plan to apply for your visa directly from the Embassies, please be sure to read their instructions carefully. They differ in their visa requirements in many ways. Two that surprised me were the different methods of payment accepted by each, and, the different document shipping companies each prefers. There are other differences as well but both Embassies give you a detailed check list.

    Leo, I keep going back to your posts and your blog - such wonderful information! It is really so great that you share your travels with us. When in June are you going back to Africa. We are on the June 22nd tour. If we don't meet because we are on different tours, I hope that you have a wonderful time and look forward to reading about this trip!!!
