Canadian Maritime~July Weather and Attire

Having lived in the SE part of the USA for quite sometime, not sure what the weather will be like in July and what attire to wear/bring. Will the tour include walking and being outdoors a good part of the day?

    Hi Skoo,

    Even though the weather can be warm in Nova Scotia & PEI in July, coming from the SE of the States I think you might need a light jacket! I did this trip in 2011, and from memory you are in and out of the bus for local sightseeing as well as indoors. The mixture of seeing and doing is what makes it fun! I'd make sure you have "layering" clothes in your suitcase!

    I know 1st July is Canada day, a significant vacation here. Can't opinion on the "crowds", but I believe this would be a fun time. You should to journey books for event listings--highland activities come to thoughts.
