Has anyone used calling cards to call the USA from Italy? Fodor's Italy 2012 says that is the way to go. It is called the Europa card. You buy them at tobacco shops. Thank you for the help. Mary Lou

    We took this trip several years ago and used the card. It was great! I checked with each hotel operator to see if there would be additional charges for using the card to make calls from our room and at that time there was no extra charge anywhere.
