Planing a trip with the family in July 2015 to the Canadian rock

How hard is the hiking and waking. I am a grandmother and want to take a 5 year old grandson?
I will skip the rafting, but I want to see everything.

    Estella . . . we did the Grand Canadian Rockies in June, 2013. It was not a Bridges tour, and the only child on the tour was a 15-year old boy. The walking on the tour was not strenuous. There were opportunities for hikes/long walks if someone wanted to do them. I usually use a cane and did not have a problem. The "rafting" was on totally calm water. You don't want to miss it.

    There is no significant hiking on this tour but I have never seen a child on any tour like this. I would call Tauck for clarification. A Bridges tour would be much more fun for both of you.
