Decreasing Price of Tour-Budapest to Black Sea Westbound?

Can anyone explain why the price for each successive trip is reduced? As an example, the May 22, 2015 sailing costs $6840 for a Category 4 Double, while the July 3, 2015 sailing's price is $6540, and the price for the August 14, 2015 sailing is $6140. In theory these are identical trips. Why does the price drop as you get later in the year?

    What I have usually found on pricing based on dates of travel means a lot. I stay at the same Sofitel Hotel in NYC, and by day the rates change. I think it is mostly due to time of year (weather), demand, and history of usage on the trips. It can sure be frustrating, especially if you are a single traveler. Best to you.
