Wi-Fi Access and Fees

We will be staying at the Gallery Hotel Art, Hotel Porto Roca and Hotel Ilaria. I see that Internet Access is complimentary at the Gallery Hotel Art and the Hotel Ilaria. Is it Wi-Fi access? The Tauck info mentions that there is a fee at the Hotel Porto Roca and the access is spotty. How much is the fee? Did anyone find another location in the area with better access? How much did it cost?
