Spirit of Yorktown (formerly Yorktown Clipper), with only 138 guests aboard, ensures an intimate voyage through Alaska’s pristine wilderness. Her décor is sleek with light wood accents and etched glass. Panoramic windows throughout combine with three outside decks to offer unobstructed views of the passing scenery; at night, the ship’s library, cozy banquettes and conversation circles invite camaraderie with your fellow travelers. The ship’s staterooms are designed for privacy and comfort during your cruise; outside double staterooms (approx. 150 sq. ft.) have two lower berths, a private shower, toilet, individually controlled air conditioning, and a hair dryer. Differences between the staterooms are size, layout, location and window size; within each category, they are virtually identical. Triples (2 lower berths and 1 upper berth) are available only in Category Deluxe. Electrical voltage is U. S. standard 110 volt; electric shavers may be used in the stateroom. Telephone service is available 24 hours (most major credit cards accepted) and e-mail service depends upon satellite conditions. Please note, there is no elevator aboard ship.
