Ask & ShareWe’ve made Ask & Share easier to use and more enjoyable to visit. We’ve organized Ask & Share discussions by journey within region. Finding fellow travelers and information is now quicker and easier! Optionally, you can specify a personal photo or avatar that will appear along with your member posts. Tauck is committed to providing the best user experience possible within Ask & Share. Existing members are encouraged to create new accounts to access Ask & Share by Registering with our site and creating a new user id and password. For a limited time our guests and members can visit the former Ask & Share to read messages and view photos posted prior to the launch of the new Ask & Share. What is Ask & Share? Ask & Share is a community message board where members can meet and greet fellow travelers, share stories and learn about Tauck destinations. It is not a chat room where you converse online in real-time. Our message board enables you to post a question or observation and receive a reply from another community member. Make Ask & Share a vital part of planning your trip. Post a question to other Ask & Share members to receive insider destination information from our guests. Return to Ask & Share after your trip and re-live the Tauck experience! Visit often to share points of interest and answer questions from other members. Why must I register? Anyone is welcome to visit the Ask & Share message board as a guest. However, before you can participate and post messages, we ask that you become a member of the community. To do this, you must log in to our registration page. There is no limit to the number of times you may visit as a guest without registering. I already belong to Ask & Share, why must I re-register? In order to make your visit to our website more convenient, we’re offering an upgrade to your Ask & Share membership called the “Tauck Profile”. Please click Register, located in the upper right corner found on every page of the Website. Please select a new Username and Password, complete the required information to create an account and optionally, continue the registration process by creating a personal Avatar and creating your contact preferences. How do I register? Create a username, password then enter your email address and postal code in the space provided. The rules for creating passwords are pretty straight forward; choose something that is easy for you to remember and is not easy for others to guess. The password must be between 6-32 characters in length. The remaining profile, preference and contact information is optional. How do I change my Tauck Profile? Once you are logged in, click on ‘Edit Profile’. This link is found on the top right navigation located on every page of the website. From here you can enhance your Tauck Ask & Share profile, manage your personal information, and sign-up for our free travel e-newsletter. How do I save my password? The new Ask & Share does not remember passwords, rather affords you the opportunity to remain logged-in indefinitely. A click box is provided on the login page for this purpose. I forgot my Password, how do I get a new one? Passwords are encrypted for your security and therefore cannot be retrieved and sent via email. If you have lost your password, specify your username and email address on the Login page, in the spaces provided, so a new temporary password can be issued. The temporary password may look ‘strange’ to you. It is intended for one time use to facilitate your logging in to your Tauck Profile. Once you have logged in, please change your password to one that is easily remembered. What are the benefits of creating a Tauck Profile? By creating your personal “Tauck Profile,” you’ll gain full access to our Ask & Share message board and enjoy the convenience of managing your personal information. This is especially useful when you have moved, temporarily changed your address, received a new email address or decided to change your contact or travel preferences. Once your profile is created, you’ll never have to re-enter your contact information again when ordering additional brochures and signing up for offers on our website. Additionally, Tauck uses the optional information you provide to customize offers, promotions and mailings especially for you. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy often. What is an avatar? A graphical image, photo or personification used to create a friendly community atmosphere. Your avatar is optional. If you decide to identify yourself with an avatar, it will appear on your Ask & Share posts. I was typing a message in Ask & Share, and when tried to post it, I could not. What happened? There are several reasons this might have occurred, but here are two common causes. First, you might have used the name of a Tauck Employee or Tauck Director in your message. As our Family Rules explains, these messages are not permitted and are blocked. Second, you may have been typing for a long time, and your session timed out. Once you begin a message, you have twenty (20) minutes to post before you are logged-off of Ask & Share. This is a technology standard that we also use to protect the security of the site. If you continue to have trouble, please Contact Us. I cannot find my issue in the FAQ and am still having trouble using Ask & Share. What should I do? Please send an email to esupport@tauck.com and tell us about the problem and about your computer operating system, browser and version, internet connection and service provider you are using. Your member name would also be helpful. Support hours are Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Most requests are responded to within the business day. I’m having trouble viewing Ask & Share, things seem a little off. What’s wrong? For the online experience we recommend the following settings for your computer:

Tauck invites its visitors to our Ask & Share message board to participate and express themselves by sharing experiences, posting photos and asking questions regarding any of Tauck's destinations. Messages discussing the purchase of Tauck journeys or the mention of specific travel agencies are not the intention of Ask & Share and are not permitted. Ask & Share is not the place to express concern over policies and practices of Tauck, Inc. Ask & Share is not a customer relations or customer service tool. Messages that address a specific Tauck Director or Tauck employee by name are not permitted. Please express any specific concerns you may have by contacting Tauck at info@tauck.com.
