  • Tauck Set to Resume Nepal Visits in October, Six Months After Earthquake

    NORWALK, CT (July 27, 2015)  Tauck has announced that it will be operating all scheduled fall departures of its “Northern India & Nepal” itinerary, beginning with its October 20th tour.  Tauck’s return to Nepal will come some six months after a 7.9-magnitude earthquake caused considerable destruction and garnered worldwide media attention.  The April 25th earthquake occurred during Tauck’s March through September off-season hiatus for the itinerary, and the company had been taking a wait-and-see approach with its scheduled departures for the coming fall.

  • Tauck Offers First-Timer’s Guide to River Cruising

  • Tauck Adds Costa Rica Itineraries to 2016 Portfolio of BBC Earth Trips

    NORWALK, CT (June 10, 2015)  For 2016 Tauck is expanding the breadth of its “Earth Journeys” partnership with the award-winning nature documentary filmmakers at BBC Earth to include its three trips exploring Costa Rica.  Each of the three itineraries will be enhanced with exclusive content provided through the BBC Earth partnership, and the trio of Costa Rica trips join over a dozen other Earth Journeys itineraries already operating in Africa, Asia, Latin America, North America and Antarctica.

  • Tauck Partners With Grand Teton National Park To Create “American Indian Artist-in-Residence” Program

    NORWALK, CT (May 20, 2015)  Tauck and Grand Teton National Park have announced a new American Indian Artist-in-Residence program that will support traditional and contemporary American Indian arts, while also educating Tauck guests and other park visitors through direct interaction with the participating artists.  The new program continues Tauck’s longstanding support of the national parks, which have been prominently featured on many of the company’s domestic land journeys since founder Arthur Tauck Sr.’s very first tour in 1925.
